Jenna Hokanson is an AEA actor, Alexander Technique Teacher Trainee (1000hrs/1600) , and martial artist living in Brooklyn, NY.
A North Carolina native, she graduated with a BFA Acting and BA Arts Administration double major from Elon University in Elon,NC. Jenna started Alexander Technique Teacher Training Certification with Balance Arts Center in Manhattan in January of 2020 and received her Second Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo December 2023. She's worked with Arkansas Shakespeare Theatre, Scranton Shakespeare Theatre, Convergences Theatre Collective and more.
Roles she'd love to perform Ashlee in Dance Nation, Emma in People, Places and Things, Eurydice in Eurydice, Helena in Midsummer, Imogen in Cymbeline, and any of The Wolves!
While Jenna's first love is acting, she values being a part of the whole process. Her experience offstage is extensive and includes arts administration, teaching, producing, house managing, asst. stage managing, set design, light board operation, ushering, props design, and more!
